About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to build and scale paid acquisition campaigns for Dexnive.
The successful candidate will own our paid advertising strategy across Google and Meta platforms with one primary objective: generating qualified leads at an efficient cost.
This role requires someone who is comfortable managing campaign strategy, budgets, conversion tracking and continuous optimization based on performance data.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis.
Create campaign structures, ad groups and conversion-focused ad copy.
Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Meta Pixel.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences and landing pages.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

RequirementsMinimum 4 years of hands-on PPC experience.
Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience managing performance-focused advertising budgets.
Excellent communication skills.
PreferredExperience marketing digital services or software development companies.
Google Ads certifications.
Experience running lead generation campaigns for US, UK, Australia or GCC markets.
